Our philosophy at Shoreline Press is to understand our customers printing needs and offer additional value to our customers beyond simply printing the job. Our sales associates are in the field every day working with our customers. We offer delivery of jobs directly to your facility.

Yes we offer on-line services such as the ability to download files directly to our FTP site, but once we accept your job it becomes personal. Every job is assigned to a customer service rep or outside sales person. You will have your CSR and/or sales person's name, phone number and email contact and they will take personal responsibility for the production, quality and schedules for your project.

Should, for any reason, we fail to satisfy your expectations you may call me at 858-546-3848 (ext. 103) or email me at pturner@shorelinepress.com and I will personally address the problem. The Internet is a great tool but nothing beats a real person who has taken responsibility for your satisfaction.

In 17 years, our company has been built on the philosophy of customer satisfaction and value for services provided.
