Because we place a high value on customer satisfaction we do not accept first time print orders on-line, except for our standard catalog, promotional items and copies. Our goal is to fully understand your job, your proofing requirements and any other specifications you may require.
Once a job has entered production and you have approved the job, or taken delivery of the first lot, repeat orders can be placed on-line. Delivery for orders placed on-line is 10 day ARO, the price will normally be the same as your last order. We will notify you and get your approval should the pricing is different from your last order or delivery does not meet the normal 10 day turn around.
To place a repeat order on-line, we need to know the quantity and a reference to your last invoice for this item (so we can identify the job). Upon receipt of your repeat order we will send you an email confirming your order. Note repeat orders can only be placed by persons authorized to purchase in your company. If the request is from someone other than the normal purchasing contact we will contact your company via telephone or email and verify your order before proceeding.
On-line ordering is an excellent way to re-order common printed items you purchase from us where you place PO's, weekly, monthly or quarterly to meet your needs.
